MBS grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the platform under your subscription. You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to disrupt its operation.

Fees, billing cycles and renewal terms are set out in your order form. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically.

You retain all rights to the data you put into MBS. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided on the terms agreed in your contract. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
